Foster Care Licensing
Employment at Licensed Facilities
Relative Placement
Adoption

****You must be associated with a Child Placing Agency, to be Fingerprinted.

Law Enforcement Agencies across the state of Kansas offer Electronic Livescan Fingerprint Services. Unlike DCF locations, many of these locations require a fee. (At this time DCF does NOT reimburse for this fee).

Current list of Law Enforcement Agencies that offer Electronic Fingerprint Services.

If you do choose to go to one of these Agencies:

Call and make an appointment
Bring the Required Law Enforcement Paperwork to the Appointment - FP-1020, Waiver and Privacy Agreement
Send an email to DCF.FPTopeka@ks.gov – with the Date of your appointment

Attach the completed DCF Required paperwork to the email – (Waiver / FP-1020)
