Youth who are or have been involved in child welfare services in Kansas may participate in youth council activities. Each Child Welfare Case Management Provider hosts a Regional Youth Advisory Council (RYAC). Members from the Regional Youth Advisory Councils comprise the statewide Kansas Youth Advisory Council (KYAC).
