Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF) Secretary Phyllis Gilmore is pleased to announce that the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has awarded the State of Kansas $621,501 in bonus funds for substantially improving its payment error rate in the food assistance program known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
