Newsroom SRS Secretary Siedlecki, staff, volunteer at United Way's Day of Caring

To kick off the annual state employee United Way campaign, SRS Secretary Rob Siedlecki and staff volunteered at a Topeka preschool Friday morning as a part of United Way’s Day of Caring.

Secretary Siedlecki and his staff played with children, cut out materials for classroom use, spread new mulch around playgrounds, cleaned windows, and moved furniture.

“It was so great to get out there, play with the kids, and work up a sweat helping redo their playground,” said Secretary Siedlecki.
